- Membership is valid for three (3) years.
- Member/Cardholder and their declared dependents can enjoy the card’s benefits (dependents limited to member/cardholder’s spouse, parents, siblings and children – maximum of five [5] declared dependents).

- free consultation with any of our in-house physicians (five [5] consultations per year for three [3] years)
- 20% discount on consultations with any of our in-house specialists
- 20% discount on all diagnostic tests/procedures
- 20% discount on all optical services (including purchase of glasses and/or lenses)
- 20% discount on all dental services (except for special procedures)
- a maximum of 25% discount will apply for senior citizens
